After taking over Olimpic in 1955, Julio Fusté Cercós created a new company, “Fabrica Espanola de Motocicletas y Triciclos Delfin” who continued to produce the exact same models as Olimpic, only now under the Delfín brand name but note the JFC on the badge.

The Delfin 125cc motorcycle (above) was filmed at a gathering of classic vehicle at Igulada in 2023. The reporting was by “Chechi Cortes 944 Retromotor” who gave permission for me to download this still frame.
In addition to a small number of motorcycles, from 1958 Delfin manufactured under licence, a number of small, motorcycle-based, three-wheeler delivery vehicles based on the French New-Map “Solyto” model and equipped with the 197cc Hispano Villiers engine. These had a capacity for two people and 250 kg of cargo.
The Delfín tricamioneta (1956–1959) was a steel, three-wheeled transport motocarro. Weighing 250 kg and fitted with a 197 cc Hispano Villiers engine, it topped out at 60 km/h. All units were finished in metallic blue paint and production is estimated at around 20 examples.

This Delfin Tricamioneta is in a Private Collection and was photographed at an exhibition at Gironella, Catalonia in 2023.
