Bruno Hettore left the Rondine company at the end of 1952 and, in 1954, he set up his own motorcycle brand – Aster – also in Madrid. The workshops “Talleres Aster” were based at Calle Ayala 116, Madrid.
The Aster Workshops produced 125cc and 150cc, single cylinder, air cooled, two stroke motorcycles, with engines designed and built by Hettore himself. Many components were either sourced from Italian suppliers or designed to reflect an Italian style. Production ran from 1954 until 1957 when financial difficulties led to ultimate closure.

This rare Aster 125cc was on display at the Museu de la Moto – Bassella
